29 days and counting!!!!

Well hello world! It's been a while. Like... A LOONG while. I'm 36 weeks on Wednesday and baby girl can come anytime she wants a week from Wednesday! We cannot wait to meet her! We've been settling in our house and making it a home. We love DC and I'm used to the three floors of living by now. Although.. My pregnant body doesn't love all the stairs. We planted gardens! We decorated the nursery! We made the master bedroom our own little sanctuary! And we love our home. 

We spent the whole month of May working on the nursery and getting it all ready to bring baby girl home and setting it up so Chase had his own space in there as well since the kids will be sharing. Chasey asked for the ABC's on his wall.. So he got the ABC's. They are fabulous and I'm so thrilled with how the whole room turned out. I made baby girl's bedding and curtains! I painted the whole room. It was a dark purple that just didn't really match our vision for the room. I refinished the crib! I hung photographs and did everything I always wanted to do! I didn't ever have the chance to really REALLY decorate for Chase. So this was extremely fun for me.

 And we had maternity photos done for this pregnancy! Well Maternity and family. It was fantastic.. Besides my boys both having strep throat. BUT you can't even tell. They still look amazingly handsome. Thankful we had the opportunity to do these!!!! Marianne Elizabeth Photography is AMAZING not joking.. She was able to work with my tiny grumpy little man and get some adorable photos. And she captured our emotions all so well. AND I'm thrilled to have bump documented.
